In geriatric population, many diseases may cause problems in peripheral circulation. Raynaud disease (RD) is one of the diseases, and it is characterized by color change of the skin, cyanosis, and erythema induced by cold or other stress. Although the exact mechanism underlying the disease is unclear, the progression of the disease often results ongoing peripheral ischemia of the digit. The pharmaceutical treatment to control vasospasm is conventional treatments widely used, yet it poses the risk of unwanted systemic effects. We present a case of a 65-year-old female patient who visited the clinic with multiple fingertip gangrene. The impaired arterial flows were confirmed using Doppler ultrasound and indocyanine green angiography. The patient was treated with polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) injection for a month with a weekly Doppler ultrasound follow up studies. After a month of treatment, the wounds were healed without significant side effects.
